Privacy Policy
This page explains what information SYS.INT collects on this site, how it is used, and what this site deliberately does not do.
Effective date:
Template document. This page ships as placeholder legal content and describes what this template's demo site actually does. It is not legal advice. Have qualified counsel review and customize it for the operator's real business before the site goes live.
01What does this policy cover?
This policy explains what information SYS.INT collects on this site, how that information is used, and what this site deliberately does not do. It covers two things: the contact and demo-request form, and this site's saved light or dark theme preference.
This site does not run analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking of any kind.
02What information does this site collect?
This site collects only what a visitor types into the contact or demo-request form: name, email address, company name, and message. No information is collected automatically from visitors who never submit that form.
The only other data this site stores is a single local preference: whether you last chose light or dark mode. That value is saved in your browser's local storage, never leaves your device, and is not linked to your name or email.
03How is that information used?
Form submissions are used for one purpose: responding to the inquiry or demo request you sent. Contact-form data is not used for advertising and is not sold to any third party.
When you submit the form, someone reads your name, email, company, and message to reply to you. That is the entire use case.
06How long is information kept?
Contact-form submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond to the inquiry, plus a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, then deleted.
This template does not set a fixed retention period. The site operator should define one, in days or months, and document it here before launch.
07Can I see or delete my data?
Yes. To ask what information is held about you, or to request deletion, use the contact form.
A request is answered using the same email address that was originally used to reach us.
08Does this site knowingly collect data from children?
No. This site is not directed at children under 13, and the contact form is not intended for use by children.
If we learn that a child under 13 submitted personal information through the form, that submission is deleted.
09Will this policy change?
Yes, whenever what this site collects or how it is used changes.
Any update is posted on this page with a new effective date at the top. Continued use of the site after that date means the updated policy applies.
10How do I contact you about this policy?
Use the contact form linked at the bottom of this page to reach the site operator with a privacy question.
Before this template goes live, replace this section with a direct privacy contact, such as an email or mailing address. Most privacy laws require one.
